Custom Yarn Requests: If you’d like to choose a specific type or color of yarn, you are welcome to provide the materials, or I can source them for you. If I source the yarn, you will be charged for the cost of the materials.
Personalization: Want a specific design, pattern, or name added to your item? I offer customization options, with additional fees based on complexity.
How to Order:
Place Your Order: Contact me via email or the contact form to discuss your order details.
Service And Goods Contract: Once we’ve finalized your order, I’ll send you a Service And Goods Contract to review.
Half Payment Upfront: A 50% deposit is required to start your custom commission. The remaining balance is due before shipping.
Shipping: Shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility and will be calculated once your item is ready to ship. I’ll provide a tracking number once it’s on its way!
Turnaround Time: Depending on the complexity of your order, please allow 2-4 weeks for completion, unless discussed otherwise. Custom orders may take longer, so let me know if you have a specific deadline.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations can be made within 48 hours of placing your order for a full deposit refund. After this period, cancellations are not accepted for custom orders.

I accept secure payments via PayPal and Credit Card. A deposit will be required to begin your order, with the remaining balance due prior to shipping.
